John James Audubon Chapter, NSDAR

Chapter Meetings - Third Monday of most months 
Meeting Time - 9:30 a.m.

The John James Audubon Chapter, NSDAR, was founded on November 5, 1952.

​

Throughout the year members hold collections and participate in projects that promote the NSDAR core values of God, Home, and Country.  Members of the John James Audubon Chapter, NSDAR, put a large focus on community service. Some of the groups members work with are:

​

  • Raven's Outreach Center

  • Sweet Dream's Shelter at St. Vincent de Paul

  • Connections for Life

  • Red Stick Farmers Market

  • Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra

  • Magnolia Care Center

  • St. John's Cemetery

  • Magnolia Cemetery

  • Memorial Garden at the Old Arsenal

  • Animal Adoption House

  • Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center

  • Woman's Hospital Cancer Center

This is a vibrant and fun chapter with a variety of ages, members come from varied backgrounds and have many interests. You are sure to find fun, interesting members at this chapter's active and fun meetings!
